Suppose you promise yourself and sorted your new year like-
✓ Early sleep & morning
✓ Start meditation
✓ Regular exercise
✓ And much more. 

First few days are well and good but problem starts when your friends came to know about your uncommon behaviour, and your problem starts there by listening ‘ARE YOU CRAZY? Life is short, just enjoy and chill’ or ‘THIS MUST BE DIFFICULT, I could never do that.’ People will be marvelled by your willpower.
But, let me confess that this change is not as difficult as it is shown to you. You just have to search your ‘WHY?’ factor and stuck to it. To do so,

✓  You may write it down somewhere on your board
✓ Get it as your lock screen
✓ Or place it, where you can read this repeatedly.

It will help you to keep going your sorted schedule and also increases your productivity gradually.
Little things can increase your productivity like-

✓Making your bed, right after you wake up
✓Less scrolling
✓Reading your why? Factor
✓Keeping your working place clean
✓Cancelling your distraction.

Rest will be autopilot by your brain.
